I had rhinoplasty 6 years ago using chest cartilage Starting 10 days ago, my nose has been throbbing, itchy, painful, and swollen At the hospital where I had the surgery, they just said it was definitely fine and told me not to worry about it On Monday, I went to the plastic surgery department at a general hospital, and they said it was inflammation and told me to have it removed. Then they said, why did you use chest cartilage, because if more time passes, a hole will form in the nose.... What should I do? Honestly, taking out chest cartilage made it such a difficult surgery At the general hospital, they said that after removal, if my nose becomes wrinkled and collapsed, I’ll need a buttock fat graft. They said even if the nose shape is strange, it would at least compensate for it I’m really depressed... Is there anyone like me? Will it be okay if I use buttock fat? I feel so pathetic for not having much hospital information Please help me
