Is there anyone here who had removal while leaving only the support strut? If only the support strut is left, are there cases where it gets removed again later too? They say that if everything is removed, the nose could become upturned, and I want to eliminate that possibility. But I have visibility/show-through right now, so I don’t think maintaining the nasal tip will be possible. For those who had everything removed without leaving the support strut, why did you do that? Can the support strut also start showing through?
