Is it too much to do revision rhinoplasty with a closed approach? When you look at fansite photos of male idols, sometimes you can see the surgical scar on the columella area as it is. If I get nose surgery this time, it’ll be the second time cutting into it, so I’m worried I might end up like that too, and I’m thinking about doing it closed. But everyone says revision surgery absolutely has to be done with an open approach..... What do you think? To begin with, I’m planning to visit ㄹㅂㄹ, ㅅㅅㅇ, ㄹㅂㄹ, ㅇㅇㅂ. Can these places do it with a closed approach?

아크뮤 Why are you getting revision surgery? Doesn’t whether a closed approach is possible depend on that? I didn’t see any surgical scars from ㄹㅂㄹ, and a lot of people go there for revisions.
