I think this is a bit rambling, but please help!! I’ve already had nose surgery once I asked for it to look natural, but it’s a little high!! And I had nostril base reduction done on the inner side, but because my nasal alar thickness is thick, it feels like I barely saw any effect I think the nostrils got moderately longer Also, the nasal bridge is thinner compared with the nasal dorsum and nasal tip, so should I say there’s a boundary there?? Anyway, that’s how it is. The boundary between the silicone in the nasal bridge and the donated costal cartilage in the nasal dorsum and tip is protruding in a bulge So for the revision, I want to lower the height, and since lowering it would make the alar area widen again, I want to do external alar reduction there and increase the thickness of the nasal bridge a bit, but it feels somehow too ideal... Would it be possible?? For reference, I have a bulbous nose I heard bulbous noses need surgery two or three times, so I’m writing this for now
