A review 2 weeks after surgery! First, I researched several clinics online, and I filtered out places that didn’t match the aesthetic I was looking for, were ridiculously expensive, or had bad reviews. I wanted a natural look, so I chose clinics that didn’t make the nose too sharply pointed or flashy, and I had consultations at about 3 places! Since the bridge between my eyes is naturally on the higher side, I didn’t want to put anything in the nasal bridge area, whether an implant or dermis, but the two places other than Begin said I had to I wanted to minimize side effects, so I wanted to avoid putting anything in as much as possible, and that’s why I decided on this clinic! In the end, I had implant-free rhinoplasty using only septal cartilage + ear cartilage, and there was some noticeable scar tissue inside my nose, but they took care of that during the surgery too and made it so it doesn’t show. It’s now week 2, and the swelling is going down well without any major side effects. I still feel like the nasal tip looks bulky, but when I asked the director, they said it would go down and told me not to worry.. It’s only been two weeks, so I’m going to watch it slowly! So to be honest, I’m not 100 percent satisfied!!!! but still, the shape is prettier than before, it became naturally pretty without being excessive according to what I wanted, and without side effects, so I’m grateful. And I’m hoping my satisfaction will go up once the swelling goes down a bit more haha
