One month after successful surgery on my low, blunt nose that saved my life

<After one week><After one month>I’m finally one month post-op from nose surgery Nose surgery saved me. A huge, huge, huge success I’d been waiting for the day I could write a review because it turned out well, and I’m glad I can write one like this. My nose was low and the nasal tip looked kind of flattened, and I really like dressing up, but maybe because my nose was so low, no matter how much contouring I did, it just wouldn’t come alive, so from the front I always looked sad. I had been getting by somehow with nose-editing apps, but now I’m free. I’ll write down the nose surgery process as I remember it. [Consultation shopping for nose surgery] I started going around for consultations in April, and at first I was a bit scared of inflammation or swelling, so I joined a community to look into injections or procedures, but there were side effects and a lot of people ended up getting nose surgery again, so I changed to nose surgery. I kept making a list of places with good nose surgery reviews that were also good at customized implants and customized rhinoplasty, and went for consultations. After narrowing and narrowing it down, the final deciding factor was the CT consultation + the passion? of consulting on the line while printing out my face photo and drawing on it, plus the very kind consultant, and my trust increased because the director recommended surgeries while reflecting my requests and clearly said no to things that were not appropriate. I searched surgical reviews and found photos of the kind of nose I wanted, glamorous but not excessive, so I confirmed customized implant + costal cartilage nose surgery. [Day of surgery] They showed me the customized implant before surgery and said this is what they would use for the surgery, and before going in, the director did the final design face-to-face consultation. These things are kind of important, and I had considered it important because I’d heard that factory-style hospitals where you only see the director once or twice from the start to the end of surgery have a higher chance of side effects. Here, I felt I could trust that they would definitely take charge of my surgery personally, should I say? I had a 4 mm customized implant, donated costal cartilage, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and during the consultation, I went with the surgical method the hospital recommended to match the line I wanted. [Post-op care] They provide things like a swelling-management package, and the swelling injection, tea, and laser were all service care, so they didn’t charge for them. I went for dressing after 1 day, after 2 days, at 7 days, and at 2 weeks, and each time I also received the swelling laser. Maybe because of that, or maybe because, as they said during the consultation, using a customized implant would mean less swelling than typical nose surgery, I felt like my swelling went down faster than other people’s. And at the one-week mark, they removed the cotton inside my nose, and after that I could breathe, so I felt a bit alive again. From 2 weeks onward, people around me started asking where I got my nose surgery and saying it turned out well, and once the minor swelling went down at one month, wherever I go, I hear people say my nose is pretty and ask if it’s natural I think the current trend for noses is not just having a pretty nose shape, but finding a place that designs it well to suit my face and harmonize with it, and that’s what makes a hospital good at nose surgery.
