Nose Surgery Reviews

It’s been almost half a year since my revision rhinoplasty

<Before><Recent photo after revision surgery>I’m about to reach half a year since my revision surgery, so I’m leaving a review This time, I had my nose done using silicone and autologous costal cartilage. My first surgery was so long ago that I don’t remember exactly;; but I think they used silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage. So even when I had a CT scan, there was almost no septal cartilage left My bulbous nose was still there, and overall it looked blunt...., and even the most important part, the height, didn’t seem that high? It was that kind of ambiguous nose, so I had surgery When I went for the consultation this time, I learned a lot of things I had truly never heard before and that were unfamiliar;; lowering the nostril rim, the nasolabial angle, even which rib cartilage is used when harvesting autologous costal cartilage.... I felt like I was taking a doctor’s class Honestly, I had a rough idea about the nostril rim and nasolabial angle, but this was the first place that explained them in this much detail, so I think it was also the first time I understood why they’re important And with autologous costal cartilage too, they didn’t just say, “You need autologous costal cartilage.” They took an X-ray and checked, and it was the first time I learned which rib cartilage would be the strongest..... I also learned here that this differs depending on the surgeon’s skill, so there were a lot of things I found interesting There was also an aftercare condition that if my nasal tip dropped after using autologous costal cartilage, they would even give a refund. I liked that it didn’t feel like surgery and then done, but like they would continue taking responsibility I’m not saying this is absolutely the correct answer, but what happens after surgery is important. Because they have this kind of policy, I feel like the hospital doesn’t treat things carelessly either I think my nose shape has settled well with a natural-glamorous feel Honestly, at first I was startled because it seemed a bit dramatic. It was too high; But as time passed, it came down a bit and the swelling went down, so it looked fine haha I uploaded both front and side photos for reference

This review is a surgery review pursuing a natural look.
