My eyes were very narrow and clam-like, so even with makeup they looked stuffy. I looked into lateral canthoplasty a lot and ended up having it done at Barabon Plastic Surgery! I saw the reviews on Instagram and got interested, so I went in for a consultation. They were also able to show me what I would look like after surgery, so I paid the deposit that same day and had the surgery! I was told that I did not have much space, so they could not widen them as much as I wanted. It looked that way to me too, so I asked the director to do what they thought would look best. Compared with my previous eyes, the stuffy look is gone, so I’m satisfied! First photo - Before surgery Second photo - 8 days after surgery, on the day the stitches were removed (slight conjunctival edema still remaining) Third photo - Currently (3 months after surgery; the space at the outer corners is still visible, but the director said it will be okay with time, so I think I’ll have to wait and see!) Fourth photo - Side view before surgery Fifth photo - Side view after surgery Especially when viewed from the side, there is none of that characteristic blunt look like a failed lateral canthoplasty, and the eyes look clearly opened up, so they definitely look longer when I take photos!
