Fat grafting and nasolabial fold removal surgery (photos deleted)

I was excited and wrote a long rambling post, but maybe because of the file size, uploading failed, so I lost all my energy and will write briefly. I'm a beginner at image editing programs, so please bear with me. I posted in October too, but I'm posting again partly as a progress update and partly to show off. Photo 1: 1 year ago I didn't take photos, so I don't have any recent ones.. Photo 2: Right before nasolabial fold removal surgery Skin with no elasticity and a hopeless skin condition...and on top of that, those nasolabial folds. In just 9 months, aging hit me hard, and people didn't even see me as my actual age anymore.... The full-face photo looked too awful, so I cropped out the eye area. Those awful, persistent nasolabial folds...nasolabial folds absolutely do not disappear with fat grafting alone; they apparently look even more pronounced. Why? Because the area that moves the most loses fat the fastest. But when fat is added to the cheeks, they become plump while the nasolabial area sinks in, making it stand out even more. Photo 2 is the evidence. So deep nasolabial folds like mine absolutely, never get solved with fat grafting alone!! Photo 3: 4 days after nasolabial fold removal surgery Photo 4: 2 months after nasolabial fold removal surgery I was worried the surgical effect would disappear quickly, but looking at the progress photos, doesn't it look like it has gotten even better? Many people get paranasal augmentation to remove nasolabial folds, but from what I've heard, blood pooling is the least of it; there are many bad stories like the silicone tearing through the tissue and moving downward, or it looking stepped and obvious under lighting so they had it removed. I think it is much better to have this surgery safely instead. It has been 2 months and the effect is still there, right? hehe => 4 stars. You know how a woman's heart is. Wanting it stretched out flat like it was ironed... It doesn't show well in the photos, but the left side still has a lot of wrinkles.. Photos 5 and 6: 1 month after fat grafting (Photos 4, 5, and 6 are without makeup) They add it little by little, so I didn't have to look like a monster for a month, and they redesign each session according to engraftment, which was nice. This time I went for an additional graft, but they said the graft had taken well, so there was no need to do it right away. Compared with Photo 1, you can see my facial contour is more refined, right? hehe When I show Photo 1 and my current face, I've even heard people ask if we are mother and daughter haha How old do I look now??? But the photos came out especially well today...usually the nasolabial folds show more clearly too....sigh. You can also see mask marks. It was cold, so I went around wearing a mask lol Photos 7 and 8 This is the laser I liked the most along with the nasolabial fold removal surgery. Because I have oily skin, my pores are large and my acne scars are severe, and as I got older they became even more enlarged, almost to the level of pockmarks, but after MiXto, it improved. If you look at the 1-month progress photos, the fine pores are gone and the scars have lightened a lot too haha (I took them with the exact same makeup for an accurate comparison haha) Please also compare the bare-face photos in Photos 2 and 4 haha They are both without makeup, but you can really feel the difference, right? Plus, because my skin is better, it looks even firmer. => A full 5 stars, bang bang!!!! I used to put on makeup, including primer, even when going somewhere nearby, but now I go out with only sunscreen and lipstick. Primer, what's that? lol Anyway, what is interesting about this hospital is that unlike ophthalmologists who recommend LASIK but don't get it themselves, the director actually gets nasolabial fold removal surgery, MiXto, and fat grafting himself. Since he recommends to patients what he has had done himself, it made me trust him. Overall review ==> I was thinking of traveling for a few months to refresh my mood, but then I thought, with my personality that hates going around, what am I doing... So I used that money for surgeries, and I think it was the best thing I did in 2009. As a plastic surgery beginner in my mid-30s who had never even had an IV drip, I can't believe impulsively going for it without thinking became the best thing I did haha Showing off over~~
