It was my first surgery consultation, so I was really nervous and couldn't ask many questions
-I wanted to raise the bridge of my nose to help balance my protruding eyes -I wanted to lift the nasal tip and reduce the nostril wings -I wanted a soft straight-with-slight-curve line and more facial dimension
My nasal bridge is quite low compared with my nasal tip First, I had a consultation like this with the consultant, then consulted with Director B I was so nervous that I asked if I could record it so I could remember the details, and they allowed it
-Nostril wing reduction isn't necessary -The nasal tip would be lifted just slightly using septal cartilage or ear cartilage -For the nasal bridge, 4.5 mm to 5 mm silicone would be used -The AS period is up to 1 year -For aftercare, visits are scheduled once at 1 month and once at 3 months, but most people tend not to come much after 3 months
I asked if autologous tissue could be used instead of silicone, but they said silicone was necessary Is 5 mm kind of excessive? I haven't gone around to many consultations yet, so I don't have a feel for it and it's hard During the consultation, they didn't do a CT scan or take photos; as soon as I went in, they put a cotton swab in my nose, lifted the nasal tip, then examined me from the front, side, and with my head tilted upward I asked, "Is it okay not to try placing something like silicone on my nose??" so they placed silicone on my nose to show me I couldn't think of any more questions to ask, so the consultation ended briefly.. Still, they didn't recommend surgery on other areas or feel like they were overtreating me, so it was okay
When I went back to the consultant, they said I needed correction of the nasal bridge, nasal tip, slight bulbous nose, slight hump, and long nose, and the cost was lower than I expected They said AS is naturally only possible when there is a surgical problem, and that if something like inflammation occurs, it may be due to my skin constitution? so there may be nothing they can do, which made me more worried But when I said it was my first consultation, they told me to consult at other places too and contact them afterward, and somehow that made me feel more at ease
I should visit at least 5 places, right??
