I'm planning to get zygoma surgery. The problem is, I'm worried people around me will notice after surgery, so I'm thinking of just saying I had a traffic accident, my cheekbone got depressed, and I had surgery for that. Has anyone else had surgery while lying(?) to people around them like me? ^^ I need to make this scenario properly, but I really have no idea how to do it.. If anyone has actually had plastic surgery because their cheekbone was depressed from an accident, or if anyone has ever made up a fake scenario like me, please send me your experience by private message. I'm a man, so I'm really sensitive about how people around me see me..^^;;.
