After nose surgery and silicone removal, I know it is hard for the nose to return to its original state.. Still, I’m so curious and worried about what it will look like. If the silicone and cartilage are removed, will the nasal bridge come down a lot? What will happen to the nostril shape and the skin on the nasal dorsum....
