My nasal tip is not coming down It is lifted like Michael Jackson’s nose, like a pig nose, so my nostrils show, and I still look awkward when I smile When I smile, it really looks like Michael Jackson.... Ah, I want to cry I regret the surgery so much I think I rushed into surgery too quickly without thinking, and I made an irreversible mistake... Since I already had work done... I can’t go back to the way it was I had osteotomy of the nasal bones, nasal bridge augmentation with silicone 2 mm, nasal tip surgery, alar reduction, and surgery to shorten the nose because it looked very, very slightly long.. That is a really major surgery, right? The surgery time was 3 hours too....... But at first, I only wanted osteotomy and alar reduction, but the clinic said that if I did not put in silicone and raise the bridge, it would feel like something was 2% lacking, so I had it inserted.... Oh no It is too high, does not suit me at all, and only looks awkward So after 6 months, I’m going to remove the silicone and cartilage Of course I know it won’t return to exactly the way it was, but since I initially only wanted osteotomy and alar reduction, even if I remove the silicone, my nose won’t become that strange, right? My nose was not that low I’m so depressed that I’m embarrassed to go outside and feel like everyone is staring at me.. It will soon be one month... Why is it still like this? I want to go back to before I only want to remove it as soon as possible...
