Cheekbone Surgery Reviews

Review of endoscopic square jaw surgery at a clinic

**I posted this yesterday with another ID, but when I went in to edit the side-view photo, I couldn't even log in, and even after leaving an inquiry I didn't get a reply, so I made a new ID and am posting again ** I was concerned about my face shape, so after thinking about it for a long time, I decided to have surgery and looked into many different hospitals. I heard that an intraoral incision makes eating uncomfortable, and that the muscles or shape inside the mouth can become distorted, so I only searched hard for square jaw surgery through an incision behind the ear and went around for consultations. Then I found this plastic surgery clinic!! The director spoke with confidence and said that with an endoscope, even the exact size could be adjusted. As he showed me review photos, the results looked like they would be very, very satisfying. Also, there had been no director who said they could precisely adjust the size with an endoscope, but this clinic's director gave me a confident consultation, which made me trust him even more. So I set a date, and the day of surgery came. Because it was not intraoral incision surgery, I did not particularly need to gargle either. I shared photos of the jaw shape I wanted with the director, and the director came and asked me whether I really wanted only that much surgery. From the director's point of view, the photo I sent would not create much change from my current state, so he had come to check once more whether I really wanted that. After hearing what the director said, I changed direction and decided to have the surgery at the angle he recommended. Looking back now, I think I would have really regretted it a lot if I had not listened to him. After the surgery was finished, once I fully woke up from anesthesia and some time passed, I was able to go home on the day of surgery. With square jaw surgery through the area behind the ear, I did not have to wear a drainage tube, so there was no discomfort when moving around, which was really nice. From the evening of the surgery day until the next day, my face was wrapped in a compression bandage, and it was when the swelling was extremely severe, so my face swelled up a lot and the pain was very bad. But from the third day, it settled down a little and I gradually started recovering my condition. And because the surgery was not done through the inside of the mouth, I could eat right away, so I think the recovery was even faster. Of course, for a few days it was hard to open my mouth wide, so I ate porridge, but even while eating porridge I did not feel hungry, so it was nice that my energy did not drop. Now, already more than about four months have passed, and the swelling has gone down a lot. They say it takes one year for even the minor residual swelling to fully go down, so I am even more excited to see how the result will turn out. The scars behind my ears are positioned like the natural creases behind the ears, so it does not really look obvious that I had surgery, and people do not notice, so I have been tying my hair up without any problem. After surgery, I rested at home for about a week. After that, I slowly started becoming active. From one month later, I started meeting people, and they did not notice I had surgery, to an almost awkward degree,, it was about the feeling of having had wisdom teeth removed?! They say the best surgery is one that turns out naturally without looking obvious, and it turned out exactly like that. Even now, people ask me if I lost weight and tell me my overall impression has become more refined. Even my parents did not notice that I had square jaw surgery, so I was able to feel once again that the surgery really went well. If I were told to have the surgery again, I would definitely proceed with square jaw surgery through the area behind the ear at this plastic surgery clinic. And I think I would definitely do it with an endoscope. When I took a postoperative CT of the result, I saw that the angle and size on both sides were clearly aligned, and I felt once again that the director's hand skills are no joke. The director did not overtreat, and he operated only as much as was necessary, so I was very, very satisfied. When I went for plastic surgery consultations elsewhere, they kept adding things, telling me to do my cheekbones and my chin tip too. But the director consulted with me exactly in the direction I wanted, and recommended adding more later if needed, so I felt very comfortable throughout the consultation. I had also been somewhat concerned about my cheekbones, but after square jaw surgery, my cheekbones do not stand out much, and my face shape looks smooth, so I like it. Lastly, once again, Director Park Jung-il is truly golden-handed!! Thank you for listening well even when I poured out a lot of things I was worried about!! I will keep recovering well from here on too.
