Honestly, since I had already heard a lot beforehand, the diagnosis wasn't hugely different, but he analyzed my eyes and explained things very thoroughly, so I thought, ah, this place might be okay? He also asked me to show photos of the line I wanted. Here too, the consultant sat behind and listened to the doctor's diagnosis together.
More than anything, the consultants weren't the flashy clinic-consultant type, but had a plain appearance, kind of refined? Not faces that looked heavily maintained, so I actually liked that. It felt comfortable.
Also, quite a few places promote aftercare as unlimited and things like that, but when I asked, here the consultant firmly said no, they would only proceed as much as needed. Not overly kind, but a clear type who says only what is necessary. The director had exactly that kind of vibe too
