Has anyone here had revision surgery where they only shaved down the cartilage showing through at the nasal tip? My costal cartilage was showing through whitish, so they shaved down the visible part and put in AlloDerm, but my nasal tip is really bright red.. During my first surgery I barely had any bruising, so is it because this is a revision? In a case like mine, do I also need to be careful about opening my mouth and laughing widely and things like that?
