I’m 10 years post nose surgery, and cartilage is showing at the tip of my nose in two vertical lines,, the tip is like that butt-shaped nose,, I don’t think it showed through early after surgery, but it gets like this more as I age. I had surgery using silicone on the nasal septum,, Is there a possibility this could later break through and come out? Do I need to remove it? If it doesn’t break through and come out, I just want to live with it,,
