It was a consultation for my first nose surgery, and I went because a close acquaintance of mine had such a beautiful, successful nose job. My acquaintance did use donated rib cartilage, but at other places I was not recommended that at all and was told it could only be done with the septum cartilage. Here, instead of saying it must be used or must not be used, they said that if it's needed during surgery, they can wake you up and tell you, and it can be used too ~ So I had never even considered donated rib cartilage for my first surgery, and because there was uncertainty that it might or might not be used in the middle of surgery, I did not include this hospital in my final decision.
