First, a CT scan, then a consultation with the doctor. I may not know how to read CT scans, but there wasn't enough explanation about the CT, so I wondered why it was even taken.. They gave a brief explanation focused on the shape, and only answered things like a deviated septum or rhinitis when I asked first. Still, they weren't rude, and I didn't come away feeling seriously shortchanged. Their manner was quite kind, and they explained well when I asked questions.
