CT scan first, then consultation with the doctor. I cannot really read CT images, but there was so little explanation about the CT that I wondered why it was taken at all.. He gave a simple explanation focused on the shape, and only mentioned things like deviated septum or rhinitis when I asked first. Still, it was not unfriendly and I did get answers without feeling left short. His manner of speaking was quite kind, and he explained things well when I asked.
