I had incisional ptosis correction before, and this time the line has become buried, so I’m planning another revision. There is some existing scarring. After going to consultations, some hospitals recommended removing the existing scar + excising the sagging skin, and some other hospitals said to just release the existing incision line and set the line higher again. They said that if I do excision now, it could have a big impact on any possible revision surgery later. If I do excision now, I’m worried about a possible future revision, but if I don’t do excision, I’m afraid the line will get buried again If you know double eyelid surgery well, please give me some advice... I went to ㄷㄹㅅ, ㅁㅅㄹㅇ, ㅋㄹㅁ, ㅌㅂ, and ㅅㄱ. Do I need to go to more hospitals?
디얼류 The mention of a possible revision surgery bothers me a bit If it’s going to get buried again, wouldn’t excision be better?
익묭 Wow, you went to a lot. My friend had revision surgery at ㅌㅂ, and the line seems to be holding well. What did they recommend there?
쉐하 Excision is literally cutting away all the skin, so if the eyes and eyebrows get closer together, it becomes hard to set the line the way you want during revision surgery... I recommend not doing excision. Anyway, during the first surgery, they would have done excision together while making the incision, and since you’re young, there probably isn’t more skin to cut. I also had something like this done as a revision surgery, and I regret it so much.
니오니오 If it were me, I don’t think I’d do excision,,,
폼푸 I’m also considering ㅋㄹㅁ.. How was the consultation? For now, if it were me, I think I’d go to more consultations.. I’m also considering ㅇㅁㄹ and ㅊㅇ.
