I had under-eye fat repositioning surgery in 2012 It wasn’t just repositioning; they released the fascia of the tear trough and moved fat to the areas lacking volume, so my anterior cheeks gained volume and I also got aegyo-sal. Until last year, I was extremely satisfied Now, I don’t know if it’s due to aging.. or because the face has a tendency to return to its original state, but under-eye fat/bags have formed again.. So I was also told I should have revision surgery In the end, under-eye fat repositioning can’t last forever either. But still, I was happy for at least 10 years. Oh, and please make sure to have it done at a plastic surgery clinic. I had it done at a clinic in Bundang famous for a youthful-face look, and I highly recommend it!!( Absolutely not an ad)

It felt like it addressed the root cause of the under-eye fat/bags
