I had double eyelid surgery over 10 years ago, but because I had uneven eyes and very little visible eyelid crease, I came in for a consultation to get revision surgery. After checking my eyes with tools placed on them, they recommended ptosis correction, saying that both eyes had weak opening strength and one side was weaker. They recommended an incisional method for the double eyelids. Since I didn't really understand ptosis correction, they explained what kind of surgery it was. The doctor was kind. After that I had a consultation with the manager, and there was absolutely no pressure to book afterward. She explained the things I needed to know. The surgery is done under local anesthesia while you're conscious, but because local anesthesia hurts, they first do sedation anesthesia briefly and then proceed with local anesthesia. It was a hospital where both the doctor and the manager were kind.
