The consultant was very kind. She honestly told me which areas would be good to do. When I first consulted with the director, I had only gone in to discuss alar reduction, but the director suggested whether I might consider correcting a bulbous nose. I hadn’t thought that far, so I was debating it, but the consultant honestly told me to try just the alar reduction first and then decide, so I trusted her.
