My molars were so bad they were almost unusable, so I had to choose between extracting all my molars and wisdom teeth and getting implants, or extracting only the molars and doing orthodontic treatment to pull the wisdom teeth forward. They said it would still be better to use my own teeth, so I did it, but it hurt so much and took a long time..!
