After the consultation, I had surgery right away. They cleanly removed the foreign material that had remained inside my nose and smoothed out the hump too. They did alar lowering and adjusted the nasolabial angle exactly to the angle I wanted. During the consultation, I had said I wanted it to be as glamorous as possible but absolutely not crooked, and I think the director really caught that point well and operated accordingly. Now every time I look in the mirror, I feel like I did such a good job getting it done, and only now do I painfully understand why everyone says to get surgery instead of nose filler
