First of all, this is a review of my re-revision rhinoplasty.. A long time ago, at a tiny hospital close to my family home <- it was outside Seoul; Anyway, I had a total of 2 surgeries there, including a corrective revision surgery, but it looked like contracture had developed. Ever since the surgery, my nose was lifted like an upturned nose and felt a bit shorter? I lived with that kind of look, almost like a slightly severe upturned nose. But seriously, every time I looked in the mirror, I felt like I was going to develop an obsession over my nose; Then I got a recommendation from an acquaintance and ended up getting re-revision rhinoplasty.. Before going there, I went to a few other places too, but I was even rejected because they said improvement would be difficult even with surgery;; ㅡㅡ Anyway, the consultation at the hospital my acquaintance recommended felt pretty good, and since there are so many ads everywhere, still, because it was an acquaintance.. I trusted them and went ahead. For the consultation, I wanted to keep the bridge-line feel while pulling down the upturned + contracture-like look where contracture had progressed a bit? That kind of feel, with a slightly round and natural nasal tip -> I wanted a natural-glam straight-to-slightly-curved profile, and the director there also seemed to pursue the kind of needs I had in mind, so I think it was a good fit.
