Before after after after I’m leaving a one-month review after receiving revision rhinoplasty from Director Kook Kyung-hoon at Just Plastic Surgery. I had surgery around mid-to-late April, and I had my first surgery at another hospital 10 years ago. I had been living happily without any side effects, but my nasal tip looked droopy, so I wanted to improve it. I had my nasal bridge + nasal tip operated on together here. I prefer a natural-looking nose, so I requested that, and I also said I disliked a chalky-looking nose or a pinched nose. My previous nose had 3 mm silicone, and I understand it is now about 4 mm. Please refer to the photos for detailed before and after. The hospital is clean overall, and the staff are kind. There is still minor residual swelling, and most of the major swelling has gone down. Still, my nose is still hard. Will it soften and loosen up over time? I think I’ll need to keep watching my nose going forward.
