First of all, the director was very kind. My nose had always been a complex of mineㅠ After the consultation, I became even more sure. My bridge is too low and my nasal tip droops. He slightly lifted my nostril with a cotton swab while explaining, and said if it’s too high I’d look like a plastic surgery monster lol, which cracked me up lololol He pushed back my bangs and looked at my forehead, then said he would raise it to match the line of my forehead line + nasal bridge + nasal tip + like this. He said he would make it overall not look artificial on my face, but would bring out the contours. He said that’s how I would look more defined. He showed me a before-and-after photo album, and I understood what he meant. He said he uses silicone + septal cartilage, and that 2 days after surgery they remove the cotton from the nostrils, then after 3 days they remove the cast and stitches. After that, I’d need to come in for follow-ups for a month. I’m planning to shop around at other places too, but here I think they were really thorough for about 40 minutes lolololol
