Review after 4 treatments for facial asymmetry and lip asymmetry

I was getting treatment for forward head posture together with treatment for facial asymmetry from August to early September, then I got busy and couldn't go, but I made an appointment to start again next week, so I wanted to show how I changed after just 4 sessions!

At first I went because of forward head posture, but my face wasn't just uneven left to right; it was spatially misaligned from top to bottom too, so even my teeth had grown in fine and then shifted. After seeing that I'd had orthodontic treatment, they asked, "Oh, were your teeth originally like this?" So I said I had braces, and they asked if my teeth had originally grown in straight and then became crooked after I became an adult, and that was exactly what happened...

They said that if I don't correct the asymmetry, even the orthodontic correction I have now has a high chance of shifting crooked again someday, and I was already feeling that too.. When taking photos, people tell me to stand straight, so I think I'm standing straight, but I always get my posture corrected, you know? So when I stay the way they corrected me, it feels so uncomfortable, but in photos my posture looks straight... That means something is misaligned enough that a straight posture feels uncomfortable.

So I started treatment for forward head posture + facial asymmetry together. The best part is the chuna? session where the director personally works on my face, like setting the bones, using a lot of force with those cracking sounds.... Afterward it feels refreshing, though a bit sore.. The treatment time takes about an hour and a half? or so.

I got up to the 4th session and then got too busy, but my case is severe, so I need to keep going for quite a while. If it's not that severe, I guess it can end in 7 or 8 sessions. Everyone should get it done before it gets worse, to save money too ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ

Thankfully, after just 4 sessions, my lip asymmetry visibly improved! As soon as I got a bit less busy, this was the first place I thought of! Starting Monday, I'm going to properly restart treatment!!!

The photos are before, the right side is week 2, then week 3 and week 5! Take a look for reference. I lived without even knowing my lips were asymmetrical....
