Because my nose was a difficult type to handle in many ways,, I remember having surgery twice at one place. Since it was my first nose surgery, I didn’t want to use silicone, and I remember doing it simply with the goal of improving the hump and droopy nasal alae, etc. In the end, the surgery was successful. Because my goal was to make it natural, not too flashy or glamorous, through sufficient communication with the doctor, they resolved things well as much as possible in the direction I wanted. At the time I was very satisfied, but after time passed, human desire came up again, and I started to feel regret that I should have made it a bit higher.. A few years later, I eventually had revision surgery elsewhere to raise the nasal bridge with silicone, but I remember being overall satisfied with the surgery here. At least I’d say they succeeded in refining the overall nose shape caused by the hump.
