Visiting nose surgery clinics in person

I went to ㅁㅌ yesterday, and I was surprised because the director looked much more tired than I expected. A lot of people said he was unfriendly, but hmm, rather than that kind of feeling, he really just explained the problems concisely, and if something wouldn’t work, he would just say it wouldn’t work because something else was the issue. He explained the problem points well, which was good. But maybe because I still have filler left in my nose, the director said he still wasn’t sure how many millimeters he would put in. But the plan is to raise it quite a bit and project the nose forward, and to keep the glabella as low as possible. But he said my skin is thin and my nose is small, so he can’t raise it too much. Then I wonder how many millimeters he’ll use… Overall, what he said was good, and I think his aesthetic sense is good too, but I was scared so I couldn’t ask questions properly before leaving lolololol. The consultants seemed good? too, and the price was pretty decent. But what I’m worried about is, I want to use silicone as thin as possible, but he said then it could end up looking like a saddle nose shape, so I don’t know how many millimeters he’ll use. Is 3-4 mm considered high? Also, I had the consultation without even getting a CT scan. But I paid 10,000 won. He looked so tired, and sigh, something about it feels scary. Also, ㅁㅌ isn’t registered as a clinic on ㅂㅂㅌ or ㄱㄴㅇㄴ, so I can’t even see reviews. But it does seem like he does natural-looking results. What do you think?
