ㅇㅇㄹㅁ(ㅎㅇㅈ) - side-profile photo taken / recommended 3 mm / advised against autologous costal cartilage ㅈㅇㅈㅇ(ㄱㄷㅈ) - no photos / recommended 3 mm / the director and consultant had a calm atmosphere / advised against autologous costal cartilage / said that for men, the nostrils should not show, and the best approach is to lower the nasal tip horizontally and slightly raise the angle / said that getting the nose done does not change the impression much, and that the impression changes when the eyes are done ㅁㅇㄷㅇ(ㄱㅁㄱ) - CT scan / recommended 3-3.5 mm (I think I would do 3 mm) / has a review-discount event / the director and consultant had high energy / consultation fee 10,000 won / advised against autologous costal cartilage ㅁㅎ(ㅇㅅㅎ) - front-face photo taken / CT scan / recommended 2-3 mm (talked a lot about 2 mm) / has a review-discount event / recommended autologous costal cartilage (said I need to do some blood test) / said my nasal skin has strong elasticity, so they cannot manipulate the tip too much, and the before/after probably will not be extremely noticeable 1. The prices are all similar, but ㅁㅎ is a little higher 2. They advised against autologous costal cartilage because of my age (ㅁㅎ said it might be usable), and using someone else's; the rest of the explanations were similar, but I forgot the terms 3. The nasal bridge will be raised with silicone 4. They said the nasal tip angle is slightly high upward, and since it is better for men's nostrils not to show, it would be good to lower the nasal tip 5. I also heard about ear cartilage, but I am confused about that now 6. Overall, they did not say the before/after would be like “wow~” For now, I have had consultations at these 4 places, but none of them talked about a dramatic before/after, so now I am having trouble choosing, and since these were my first consultations, I do not remember well and I am confused I was planning to do eyes and nose together, but for now I am thinking about doing only the nose first Please help me decide if I should go to more places or help with my indecision..ㅠㅠ If I do get surgery, I am planning to do it next month
룰루 Out of the four, is there no place you like? For male rhinoplasty, ㅈㅇㅈㅇ and ㅁㅎ seem popular, and if you’re going to visit more places, ㅂㅇㅇ(ㅇㅅㅇ) is also okay
칭강우 Is your skin thick? Then using costal cartilage will probably make the rhinoplasty worthwhile. If it’s costal cartilage surgery, go somewhere that does blood tests and can do it safely! Did you also check whether they have an anesthesiologist?
초롱777 I still don’t know where I should go
초롱777 I only heard that my skin is thick at ㅁㅎ, so I’m confused. The other places did not mention it
닥터석 The director was different, but I had rhinoplasty at ㅁㅇㄷㅇ, and Director ㄱㅁㄱ is also pretty good.. I think it would be good to decide while also considering that they have a well-organized aftercare system after surgery

My nose was really long + bulbous, so I kept thinking about Angel Nose and finally got it done.. A long nose is seriously stressful. It makes the midface look long tooㅜㅜ and on top of that, it was spread out, making my face look broad. I we
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Leaving a review of my autologous costal cartilage rhinoplasty~
During the consultation, Dr. Kim Hyun-joo’s aesthetic sense matched mine perfectly, so I made up my mind right away at the clinic...! It wasn’t about making the nose overly high or obviously done, but about shaping it naturally and elegantl
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 10 months after implant-free nasal tip surgery. Overcoming my bulbous nose complex
My round nasal tip was so different from the look I wanted… You know how a bulbous nose looks even thicker and more emphasized in photosㅠ... Even though the side profile seemed okay? From the front, it looked spread out. There are different
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Review of My Revision Rhinoplasty After 5 Years
5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 29 Posting a male nose surgery review ~
I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
