Among those who had a strut placed in the columella....

Whatever implant material was used as a strut in the columella.. Those of you who had one placed...... Are you okay?? Ah.. seriously, now it’s been 4 months.. I’m going crazy. I might die at this rate... At first, I had a strut placed with costal cartilage. It hurt so much, I had a foreign-body sensation, and it pulled so much that it was hard to even talk and so on.. So 3 weeks ago I removed the costal cartilage strut. But.. oh no.. Even though I removed it, no.. because I removed it.. it hurts more.. It’s driving me crazy There is a very hard skewer-like thing in my nasal column and centered around that, my philtrum area hurts so much that it hurts when I talk, and I feel a foreign-body sensation, so I can’t talk properly I guess I’m the only one like this.. No matter how much I search, I can’t find anyone like this.. There are lots of people saying scar tissue or whatever causes swelling and enlargement, but it seems there aren’t people who hurt like I do because of scar tissue.. No matter how I think about it, it feels like I’m the only one in pain. I’m so depressed.. Even when I still had the costal cartilage, even though my nose shape was very pretty, I was depressed because it hurt, and I even developed anorexia In the end, thoughts overwhelmed me that pretty or whatever didn’t matter, I just wanted to live comfortably with my own nose, even if it were a pig nose.. So.. the moment I removed the costal cartilage.. I had hope that I could live... But now it hurts even more beyond words, and there is no treatment method at all.. After seeing someone’s post, I’m taking vitamin E and medication to prevent scar tissue, but it’s getting harder and firmer, and the area around the philtrum only hurts.. Think about it.. the middle column of the nose pulls and hurts, as if there is a skewer in the nasal column. How painful would that be.. It hurts even when I open my mouth to eat and even when I talk.. It gets in the way.. Ah, I want to die.. Does anyone know why this is happening? If so.. is there truly no treatment method???? What on earth is happening to my nose??, I feel like I’ll go crazy, lose my mind, and die like this....
