I had nose surgery yesterday

From the moment I looked in the mirror right after having nose surgery yesterday until today, I have been deeply regretting it. I don’t mind the swelling, but my nose was originally short and small. But I guess the problem was that I asked for it to be made into a beoseon-shaped nose. Right now the side view is okay, but from the front it looks like a pig nose The nose length looks too short, and it feels like the length of my nose is only 1/4 of my face. The bigger problem is that the two nostrils and the area between them (I don’t know the name;;;) anyway, the underside of the nose is in a straight line. Celebrities and ordinary people normally have the middle part hanging down a little, right? Why is it straight.... So I think it makes the nose look even shorter. Toward the end of surgery, the anesthesia wore off, so I cried a lot and it was really hard I’m thinking all sorts of things, like whether I need revision surgery or whether I should remove the cartilage. For those who had nose surgery, how was it in the beginning??? Thinking of the worst-case scenario, can the silicone be left as is and only the cartilage removed? Then wouldn’t the tip come down a little like my original nose,,, I only have one month, so I really can’t imagine waiting 6 months
