I had surgery at this hospital, but it didn’t seem like they were being careful at all. There were two beds in the operating room, and while I was having surgery on the bed I was on, I heard them say, "Please bring in another customer," and then they moved that person to the other bed and treated them. Even after the surgery, I kept going to the hospital for three days to get antibiotics, have the surgery site treated, and take medicine. My nose kept feeling strange, so I went back and said my nose felt abnormal and the tip had become hard, and the hospital director said it was an adhesion and calmed me down, saying it would get better.. They looked after me so carelessly, and at first, during the consultation, they were all smiles and sweet-talked me like crazy, but after the surgery, they treated me completely rudely and I was really furious!! Aah~ Also, they said treatment couldn’t be done because there was no assigned doctor! The director said he couldn’t treat it either! A hospital I really can’t trust!! The assigned doctor was a visiting doctor. The director was a quack. The director seems like he doesn’t even have a medical license and only does consultations? Customer: (Can the person called the director not treat it?) Hospital staff: (The director doesn’t do surgery, only consultations!) Does that even make sense? Even though the inflammation in my nose was getting better, the nurse didn’t even check it properly and only looked at the outer appearance, then believed it was just an adhesion because the director also said it was adhesion.. A few days later, when I washed my face, blood came out of my nose, along with yellow fluid, and it stung, so I called the hospital and said I wanted to meet the doctor, but they pushed the time back, saying I had to make an appointmentㅜㅜ So I waited while taking medicine... but they didn’t even call, so I phoned the hospital and yelled at them, saying I needed treatment right away, and only then did they say, 'Come in,' so I went. Then they said there was inflammation, gave me an injection, and handed me medicine. And the stitches! One month later I went, and the stitches were still there.. The next day I met the doctor who had done the surgery and talked to him, and he said that because inflammation had occurred, I needed removal surgery. I’m really about to lose my mind... While consulting with the doctor who performed the surgery, that doctor said, I work at another hospital, but I come here because the director here doesn’t know how to do surgery. (In other words, a visiting doctor!) Then he said the surgery fee paid by Dr. OO is split between the hospital and me.. How absurd is that at the very end... I’m really going crazyㅜㅜ Everyone, please help meㅜㅜ I’m really upset, and right now I can’t work at all after the surgery, I got fired from my company, people are mocking me saying I have an Avatar nose, and I’m really depressed and feel like dyingㅜㅜ If I knew about medical law and things like that, I’d just... seriously!!
