What is the difference between osteotomy and shaving down bone? I heard shaving down bone is done under sedation anesthesia,,,, Osteotomy is under general anesthesia,, what is the difference between the two?? I mean osteotomy on both sides of the nasal bridge~ Oh, and is osteotomy dangerous???? I had osteotomy on both sides of my nasal bridge I hadn’t been worrying about that kind of thing related to osteotomy;;;;; Is it extremely dangerous???? Can side effects happen after surgery????? Then what kind of side effects can happen???
