Hello... I had a big hooked nose, so after removing the hump I had osteotomy, 1 mm silicone, and ear cartilage in the tip... It's now been 6 and a half months since surgery. The result is that the bridge got smaller because of the osteotomy, but I had silicone inserted.. and ear cartilage in the tip.. they said it would make it sharp, but the side profile is only pointy and the front view is a swollen nose. So I'm thinking about removal. First question... if I remove the silicone, will the bridge look very flat and wide? So will the bridge look much bigger? In Kakabecom's case, I heard that was the case...ㅠ And.. the problem is that the tip is too high and the side profile is pointy... the ear cartilage is even showing a little.. should I remove it, or should I trim the ear cartilage to match the bridge? And it's already been over 6 months since surgery, but it still doesn't feel like my own nose. My nose feels tight, and when I wake up, the tip feels like it's very swollen... Will this kind of symptom definitely go away later??? I asked way too many questions at once..ㅠ
