Before-before-before <after my first nose surgery> Before-before-before <after the splint was removed.> Before-before-before <swelling started going down well from week 2> I had surgery once, but I felt my bulbous nose had not been properly improved, so I had revision surgery. I didn’t like that my nasal tip looked thick. On top of that, the shape of my nose was blunt and wide-spread too... I really worked hard searching online and going to consultations in person. I visited all the hospitals said to be famous for bulbous noses, and among them I went to a well-known, popular hospital where I met a director who made me understand why so many people go there. The consultant was kind, and the director honestly explained everything, including what could be done for what I wanted and what should not be done. They said that if I had surgery exactly the way I wanted, it could actually look strange, and they explained it professionally and sincerely for my sake. That made me trust them more and choose that hospital. I’m satisfied with the result, and I think this will be my last surgery.
