I had already gotten filler before, so I received a consultation for nose revision surgery and decided on surgery to build up the bridge using autologous fat grafting, then went through with it. It's been a few years since the surgery now, and there isn't really anything problematic, so I'm living with a decent level of satisfaction. I recommend at least going in for a consultation once.
