Nose Re-Surgery

I had revision rhinoplasty without an implant (costal cartilage)

I had a high nasal bridge with a slight hump, and for my first surgery I was scared of open rhinoplasty, so at a closed-surgery clinic they shaved down the hump and raised the nasal tip with septal cartilage. They said they might or might not use ear cartilage, but I came out without using it I was stressed about the hump and my nostrils showing, and at a few clinics I was even told my nose was high and pretty, so I should just live with it I had lived with really bad rhinitis and sinusitis, so I got it done partly to fix that, by an ENT specialist director with over 20 years of rhinoplasty experience in closed rhinoplasty... When the splint was first removed, the nasal tip was too high, so I thought I hoped it would come down quickly, and I didn't really feel that the visible nostrils had improved much I didn't have a bulbous nose, but the nasal tip became extremely round, and my original pointed nose shape disappeared. The nasal tip drooped a lot like a bird's beak, and I don't know if the alar cartilage had moved downward, but it even showed through slightly white After my wedding, maybe because my mouth looked protruded because of lip filler, my nasal tip looked even worse, and even after dissolving the lip filler, I was going crazy worrying about my nostrils showing, so I looked into revision surgery and had it done on Saturday I said I wanted my nose to look more defined from the front, but they said then I should use silicone I was too scared to use silicone, so I just asked them to operate in a direction that would make my nostrils not show My eyes swelled inward so much that they became one, to the point I wondered if I had originally swollen this badly, and my chin swelled like a chipmunk At this clinic, I had surgery on Saturday, but they removed the cotton on Tuesday, so I seriously felt like I was dying The director said they would see me when removing the splint after 1 week Because I kept asking, I briefly saw the director, and they said the glabella area was very swollen and squeezed it out with a syringe It was my first time experiencing something like that, so I was so scared But fortunately, maybe because they drained the blood, my double eyelid eye shape seems to have come back a little My first surgery was at a one-doctor clinic, so when removing the nasal packing, the director did all the treatment and care, but here it wasn't like that, so I was disappointed Once the splint is removed, I'll try to leave photos too
