I’m debating between full removal and partial removal I had surgery 8 years ago. For the surgery, they smoothed down my hump, put 1-2 mm silicone on the nasal bridge, and raised the nasal tip with septal cartilage. Since I already had a hump, I naturally had some bridge height, but with the silicone added too, it looks kind of Avatar-like, so I’m thinking of removing the bridge implant. But after the nose surgery, my nostrils are more visible and it looks very slightly pinched. Because of these two issues, I’m also debating whether to do full removal all the way to the nasal tip. In the beginning, I went around to hospitals that were somewhat well-known for revision surgery: ㄹㅅㅌ, ㅈㅅㅌ, ㅌㅇㅅ. My current nose isn’t the type where the nostrils show a lot, but the surgery…
