In the first surgery, they said that if I used septal cartilage plus ear cartilage for the tip and fixed the bridge with silicone, I would get enough of the line and height I wanted. But the bridge height is only so-so, while the tip ptosis is ㄷㄷ. It definitely dropped a lot more than in the very early phase, maybe because the septal and ear cartilage were soft. These days it seems there is a reason to start with rib cartilage from the first surgery, so I’m planning to use autologous costal cartilage for the revision. I wonder if places like 디에이, 로웰, 오엠, and 자연주의 can do it ...? If possible, I just want the height to be a little bit higher than now.

반달가슴공공 I checked the recent premium at the second hospital, and the waiting there is ridiculous,
유야유 I had autologous rib, but even though I’m young and don’t drink or smoke, they said there was still some calcification
광야 Rewel OM uses rib well. Since it’s a revision, just go visit as many places as possible.
유뎡잉 I put up Louvre Coubi high-end too because they said they handle a lot of autologous rib there. OM also seems to do a lot with autologous rib. I tried to go too, but couldn’t because my schedule didn’t match. I’ll leave a review when I get back...!!
눙지 Whoa... how long after the first surgery did it start drooping? These days there are loads of hospitals using autologous rib; I’ve also heard quite a bit about OM and 더도어 비긴.
보ra보리 If it’s autologous costal cartilage, how much does it cost? I’m doing a revision too, and after seeing reviews that people reshape the tip with rib cartilage a lot, I’m asking because I’m curious. Is there much difference from donor rib? Do people in this community worry about scars or not?
세나2지 I used rib even in the first surgery, and in the revision I did it with rib at Jungwon too. It feels like the issue isn’t the rib; it seems the surgeon’s skill is the issue. If done in a competent place, I think there’s no problem. My first surgery sagged too fast,
바오두 ㅈㅇㅈㅇ seems okay? I’m going for a consultation because it was said to be a good place for autologous-rib revision rhinoplasty! I’m also considering autologous rib because my dorsum keeps getting lower.
