For various reasons, I ended up having it done 5 times.. After the 4th surgery, my columella suddenly became sunken, so during the 5th surgery they gathered absolutely everything available and lowered it about 3 to 4 mm, so it became a human-looking nose, but greed is really.. I wanted a slightly pretty nose,, It has been 6 months since my 5th surgery now, and is there any chance the columella could come down even 1 mm..?? I heard that if it is only lowering the columella, it can also be done with a closed approach I have never had inflammation or anything like that..
