First of all, the nose I’m aiming for is a nose like Haerin’s. I want a slightly protruding columella and a rounded feel. I went to 3 consultations today, and I liked 2 of them, but the 2 are a bit different, so I’m torn. The first one is ㄴㅂ Plastic Surgery. They said my nasal bridge isn’t low, so even if they add anything, it would probably just be dermis to fill in the step-off, without using silicone. They said they’d likely do columella correction, bulbous nose correction, and use donated costal cartilage. When I said I wanted Haerin’s nose, they kept looking at Haerin’s photos and seemed to try to make it similar, so I liked that. The second one is ㄹㄱ Plastic Surgery. They looked at my CT images and evaluated things within a standard framework, like the nasolabial angle, nasal angle, etc. At first they suggested using silicone, but when I said silicone felt a bit burdensome, they said dermis would be fine too. I think they would use about 4.5 mm of dermis at the glabella. Here too, I think they would use donated costal cartilage together with ear cartilage. I did show them Haerin’s photo, but it felt more like they would do it according to their usual method rather than the nose aesthetic I’m aiming for? If the nasal bridge is too high, I don’t think it would suit me, but it felt like they were saying it would turn out really well if they put in 4.5 mm… Looking at the reviews, the results are pretty, but they’re a bit on the glamorous side, so I’m torn. I do like something natural that also suits my face, but I’m worried the first one might be too natural, and the second one might be too glamorous.. What would everyone do?
미먀옹 If it were me, I think I’d keep thinking about it and go to more consultations~
뭉칭누나 But if you really do it too naturally, you’ll totally regret it Check the hospital premium ratings!!!
알랴 I decided to do it at the second hospital, and I’ve seen a lot of people getting revision surgery because it was too natural.. I think having some degree of nasal bridge height looks pretty If you’re torn, going for another consultation there might be okay too
