First, I looked into four places, and I don’t want to change too much, so I only went for consultations at places that definitely do natural-looking results VN: The only place that told me my septal cartilage is short, so I’d need costal cartilage. It was also the most expensive. Instead, they Photoshopped how it might look, and I did like it Ple*: Average, price also average (wait, why is this a banned word??) Chamin: The consultant emphasized that the director is very trustworthy. They said the director checks you every time you go for post-op care. They also suggested doing functional nose surgery together, and the price was the lowest. But even though I said I didn’t want to touch much besides the nasal tip, they kept telling me to put donated dermis in the nasal bridge, so I don’t think I’ll do it there Kim In-jung: Seems to pursue the most natural look, which fits me well. The price range is pretty high I think I’ll do it with either Kim In-jung or Director Son Yu-seok at Pl*jeo, but what should I do?! Has anyone here had surgery at either of these two places?? How was it?
Clinics mentioned
maejar1008 I had surgery with Director SㅇS, and I think the price is on the cheaper side compared with other places, and they make it look natural

5 years ago, I had my first rhinoplasty using donated costal cartilage and ear cartilage. What I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but it didn’t come out the way I wanted. At first, I tried to just be satisfied with it, but it
Nose Surgery Reviews@rhino-reviewApr 30 Is rhinoplasty difficult if I want to keep my dorsal hump?
I want to correct my bulbous nose, so I went to consultations at a few places. They all said that if they put cartilage in the nasal tip and raise the tip, they would have to shave down the dorsal hump on the nasal bridge and place silicone

I’m a man, and my nose used to have a slight hump, but it wasn’t high and was small, so it didn’t have a masculine feel, and it didn’t really look handsome either. This time, I had surgery with Director Kim Ji-hoon at Ppeulli Plastic Surger
