The manager was kind, and when I said it was my first consultation, the director said it would be more comfortable for my next consultations if I understood things like professional terminology, so he tried to explain as much as possible. I went because the noses in the review photos were exactly the look I was going for, but he said that to get results like the review photos, silicone absolutely had to be inserted, so since I wanted surgery without an implant, I gave up
