This was my revision surgery.. At first, I had open surgery for a hump nose. They shaved down the hump, put in a low silicone implant, and only tied cartilage at the nasal tip, but because I originally had a nasal bridge, the area between my eyebrows looked too high. As it got close to 2 years, the silicone started showing at the nasal tip, so this time I had the silicone removed, the hump refined again, and a columellar strut made with ear cartilage, and only the nasal tip was done with ear cartilage.. But on the third day after nose surgery, I sneezed and had a bit of a runny nose, and then it became red below the incision area, so I got antibiotic injections for 5 days..(through an IV drip) But it is still a bit red even now. The problem is that the columella has come down too much, and the director says it will go back in, but today is the 10th day.. Looking at before-and-after photos, there is no one whose columella came down like mine. Will it go back up later once everything heals? Is it because I developed inflammation? I am so anxious I could die.. I absolutely did not go anywhere near alcohol or smoking.. But after seeing inflammation develop like this because of a runny nose, the director also said it was strange.. even though I did not have silicone put in.. Please, please reply...
