6 days after nose surgery, satisfied so far

I finally had the surgery after years of worrying! When I was in 12th grade, I went to a plastic surgery clinic after taking the college entrance exam and the doctor told me I should get eye surgery instead, so I had double eyelid surgery. I also had an inner corner canthoplasty because I had severe epicanthic folds, and they said if they removed all of the epicanthic fold I had then, the red part in the inner corner of the eye would show too much, so they only cut it enough that it wouldn’t be visible. Now it’s been about 5 years since that surgery, lol, and no one knows I had just that one line lol. Even I think it turned out really well lol Even when I close my eyes, there’s no sign of it despite having had partial incision lol Anyway, I did have some lingering attachment to my nose... but for about a year now it had become completely stressful. Once I get hooked on something, I only think about that one thing ㅠ So I went to about 4 clinics for consultations, and the one I trusted most was the clinic where I had my double eyelid surgery lol. The doctor was still the same too lol. It seemed like things were going well, and while I was consulting and trying to book surgery, they happened to say that a surgery scheduled for the next day had been canceled, so I could have mine right away lol. I went that day and I was so nervous..... I still remember how painful my double eyelid surgery was even though it was under local anesthesia ㅠㅠ I can usually tolerate a lot of pain, but that really hurt..... At least this nose surgery was under sedation, so I felt relieved, but ㅋㅋ it turns out I woke up after like 10 minutes ㅋㅋ They said that happens to everyone anyway. In any case, I heard the whole operation as sound...... The surgery was over in about 30 minutes The bridge was done with 4 mm silicone and the tip with ear cartilage. I actually liked my original nose tip ㅋ so I kept the shape and just raised the tip a little. I really didn’t feel any pain at all, I had no nasal congestion or anything, and because they operated through the nostrils there’s no visible external wound... I really feel fine;; The only thing is yellow bruising around my eyes ㅋㅋㅋ The one concern I have is the tape on my nose. It was so itchy that I took it off on day 4 after surgery, so I’m wondering whether the silicone might not have settled properly...... And I also smoked two cigarettes on day 4, and one today too.. As long as I take my medicine well and apply the ointment properly, I’m not worried ㅋㅋㅋㅋ I still look like an avatar though;; I’ll upload photos after about 10 days!
