It's been 9 days since my nose surgery. Inside my nose, on the right side near the columella, I can feel something. It feels like something has formed. It doesn't hurt at all and I can't see it either, but when I put in a cotton swab and touched it, it felt hard. Could the silicone be protruding? I had silicone with ear cartilage... Ah, will I need revision surgery? This is serious Could it just be scar tissue..?
